BGB is being deployed in district cities across the country. So far, BGB has been deployed in 18 districts including Comilla, Narsingdi, and Munshiganj of the Dhaka division.
They have started carrying out their duties as per the instructions of the local administration from last night to avoid any unpleasant situation centered on the Durgotsab of Autumn.
They will patrol the temple and its surroundings along with other forces from the field.
.BGB Director Operations Lt. Colonel Faizur Rahman confirmed the information of BGB deployment.
BGB sources said that BGB will be deployed in the capital if there is a demand from the concerned authorities.
